4. Refund Policy
All digital products sold on themodernfamilyguide.com are non-refundable.
By purchasing, you agree that:

The product is delivered immediately via email

The download link is valid for 30 days

You waive your 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the product is accessed
Refunds are only provided if:

You purchased in error and have not yet downloaded the file, or

There is a technical issue preventing access, and we cannot resolve it

Your 14-day right to cancel ends immediately once you access or download the product.
No refunds will be issued after download.

Products are delivered via email containing the download link.
Delivery issues should be reported within 7 days to hello@magnetic-london.co.uk
